Welcome to Mosch Art! We appreciate your interest in our artwork, handcrafted items, and custom commissions. By purchasing from or commissioning art through Mosch Art, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

Mosch Art creates and sells original paintings, handcrafted ornaments, and other unique art items. Our artwork is available for direct purchase and custom commissions, allowing our customers to enjoy personalized, one-of-a-kind pieces.

2. Purchase and Payment

All items displayed in-store or online are available for purchase. Prices for all products are set as displayed and may vary based on size, materials, and craftsmanship.

We accept payment options, such as cash, credit cards, digital wallets, etc.

Applicable sales taxes are included at checkout.

If there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and notify you accordingly.

3. Custom Commissions

For commissioned artwork, the following terms apply:

A preliminary consultation (in person or via email) is required to discuss the scope, style, materials, and timeframe of the project.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your commission and secure your spot in our schedule.

Timeframes for custom work will vary depending on the project's complexity. We will provide an estimated completion date during the consultation.

Minor revisions are included in the agreed price; however, additional fees may apply for significant changes requested after the project has begun.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, prior to delivery or pickup.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Items can be picked up in-store.

Shipping options are available upon request, and the cost will vary based on the item's size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy holiday periods.

We take great care in packaging all items for shipment, but we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item has been shipped. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings, custom commissions, or handmade ornaments.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and determine if an exchange or repair is feasible.

6. Copyright and Reproduction

The artist retains copyright over all original artwork, including commissioned pieces, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any purchased artwork without the express written permission of Mosch Art.

Artwork purchased from us is intended for personal enjoyment. If you wish to display or resell the artwork commercially, please contact us to discuss licensing arrangements.

7. Seasonal and Custom Orders for Handcrafted Items

We offer seasonal handcrafted items (such as Christmas ornaments) and custom designs. Due to the limited availability and seasonal demand:

Orders for seasonal items must be placed before December 12th to ensure timely delivery.

Custom ornaments can be requested, subject to availability.

All seasonal and custom items are final sale due to their custom nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mosch Art shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and/or in-store, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
